Heard Shri D.M.Surjuse, learned counsel for the applicant and perused the grounds of review.

It is seen that while deciding Writ Petition No. 4150/2017 a pursis filed by the petitioner for not prosecuting the application as preferred was granted with a further observation that the proceedings under Section 19 of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950 (for short, 'the said Act') would be decided by the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner in accordance with law.

The documents now placed on record alongwith the review application were not relied upon in the writ petition. I do not find any error apparent on the face of the record to invoke review jurisdiction. It would be open for the applicant to rely upon this new material if he is aggrieved by any order passed by the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner in the proceedings under Section 19 of the said Act. Miscellaneous Civil Application (Review) No.1195/2019 is therefore rejected.
