Heard Shri T.S. Deshpande, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Shri U.A. Dable, learned Counsel for respondent no.2.

Petitioner only had permission for one year i.e. 2012-13. They could not have legally enrolled and admitted students for subsequent years.

The respondents have pointed out that course was initially recognized by Indira Gandhi National Open University, and later on by University Grants Commission. However, it has been closed in

Order 0907wp5008.16 2014 itself by respondents.

Shri Dable, learned counsel for respondent points out that the courses are continued by UGC, however, respondents do not have any authorization and permission from 2016 onwards, in that respect. 5.

He also points out that UGC is not party respondent before this Court.

In this situation, we find the present prayer belated and also without any merit. Writ Petition is, therefore, rejected. No costs.
