3) The claim in the present application is for permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.3,20,653/- along with accrued interest thereon, which was directed to be deposited vide order dated 10/09/2018. The said amount is informed to be lying in this Court and the petitions in which the amount is deposited are already disposed of.
