Heard learned Counsel for the parties. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that in view of the email received by the petitioner on 13/06/2022 from the office of the Consulate General of India, Istanbul, Turkey to visit the Consulate on 16/06/2022, the petitioner be permitted to return to India on 17/06/2022 instead of 16/06/2022 as directed by the interim order dated 07/06/2022.

The communications between the petitioner and the authorities have been produced for perusal.

Though, the request as made is opposed by the learned Counsel for the respondents, we find that the petitioner has been directed to visit the Consulate on 16/06/2022 between 9:30 am and 11:30 am.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 07/06/2022 in paragraph 11(b) is modified to the extent of replacing the date 16/06/2022 by date 17/06/2022.
