This is an application for grant of ad interim .....2/-
bail.

The applicant is arrested on 6.3.2019 by police station officials of Maregaon Police Station, District Yavatmal for offences under Sections 354 and 341 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and under Section 3(1)(w)(1) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 3.
Perused First Information Report filed by the victim herself.

Looking to nature of accusations made in First Information Report against the applicant, I am of the view that till this appeal is decided, the applicant can be released on temporary bail. Consequently, I pass following order:
ORDER
(i) Applicant-Subhash s/o Nanaji Atram be released on temporary bail in connection with Crime No.3/2019 registered with Maregaon Police Station, District Yavatmal for offences under Sections 354 and 341 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and under Section 3(1)(w)(1) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, on he executing a P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.5000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount.
(ii) Bail Bonds to be executed before the Trial Court. (iii) Until further orders, the applicant is directed to attend the police station on every Sunday after his release from jail .....3/-
between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
(iv) The criminal Application is disposed of as such. JUDGE !! BRW !!
