This is an application for condonation of delay of 8 days in filing the appeal. In fact, there is no delay since the impugned judgment came to be passed on 11.02.2021 and an application for certified copy was made on 17.02.2021. The certified copy was received on 18.03.2021. 2.

Needless to mention that in March, 2020 Covid-19 pandemic started throughout the country. The Supreme Court has been pleased to direct to exclude the period from 15.03.2020 till February 2022.

Thus, for the reasons mentioned in the application, delay of 8 days is condoned. Appeal be registered. 4.
