After hearing the learned counsel for applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh application after six months, if there is no progress in the trial.

Considering the pendency before the trial Court, the liberty is granted to the applicant to file Prity
