The application is for grant of bail.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail, considering the prima facie case against the present applicant. Hence, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file after six months if there is no substantial progress.

Considering the pendency before the trial Court, no such liberty can be granted to the applicant, in view of that the application is disposed of as withdrawn.
