On 04.12.2020 this Court had noted the absence of the petitioners and also the fact of filing of the charge-sheet in this case. This Court had also observed that because of the filing of the charge-sheet, there was a reason to believe that the petitioners are remaining consistently absent before the Court. It was further noted that even otherwise the petitioners have an alternate remedy available to them for redressal of their grievance, since charge-sheet has been filed.
