The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.78/2020 for an offence punishable under Sections 354 A, 354 D of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 3.
After the applicant'
s arrest, he is already chargesheeted.

Considering the nature of allegations, the punishment which is provided for the offences, and the fact that the applicant is behind the bars for long time, it will be
2 22ba463-2020 appropriate, in my opinion, to the order the release of the applicant in the aforesaid crime. As such the following order. 5.
Applicant is released on bail in Crime No.78/2020 for an offence punishable under Sections 354 A, 354 D of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 upon furnishing the PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. The applicant shall not enter the jurisdiction of nonapplicant Police Station till the conclusion of trial. 6.
The applicant shall not influence the witnesses or tamper with the evidence.
7.
If applicant violates any of the conditions or indulged in similar type of offence, it shall be open for the prosecution to move for the cancellation on bail before the Sessions Court, which prayer be decided without any influence that the applicant is entitled to be released on bail. 8.
