The learned Counsel for the petitioners Mr. Borkar submits that in P.I.L. 75/2014, the respondents undertook to demolish the existing shops, to construct the shops elsewhere and to induct the shop owners like the petitioners although the lease had expired way back in 2006.

02] We need not delve deeper into the merits of the submissions. If, according to the petitioners, the right which is claimed, is on the basis of undertaking given in P.I.L. 75/2014, it is open for the petitioners to take out appropriate proceedings contending that there is breach of the undertaking. 03] The petition is disposed of. No costs.
