Heard learned counsel for the applicant / defendant.

Perused the impugned order dated 11.3.2019 passed by the 2nd Additional Judge, Small Causes Court, Nagpur, below Exh-12 in R.C.S. No.211/2017. The Small Causes Court has rejected the application by observing that these points can be raised at the time of final hearing. After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, I am of the view that, no interference of this Court is called for in the impugned order. The revision application filed by the defendant is devoid of any merit and liable to be rejected and accordingly rejected. No order as to costs.
