Perused the report submitted by the Registrar (Judicial) in respect of the progress of the trial. It seems that almost four witnesses have been examined. Considering the number of witnesses and the progress mentioned in the report, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within four months from today. If the trial is not concluded within such time, the trial Court shall submit the report to this Court about progress of the trial.

The applicant shall communicate this order to the learned trial Court within one week from today.
