These are applications for condonation of delay in filing review applications, seeking review/recall of judgment and order dated 19.11.2018 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 6020 of 2015.

The applicants herein have pointed out that although they were not parties to the aforesaid writ petition, the judgment and order dated 19.11.2018 passed by this Court directly affects their interest. It is further pointed out that they became aware of the said

CAO1221&1222-19.odt judgment and order passed by this Court only when they visited the ofÏce of the Tahsildar. Considering the aforesaid reasons, the delay in filing review application is condoned and the applications stand allowed. M.C.A. St. No.9577 & 7790 of 2019 The OfÏce is directed to register the review applications since the delay in filing the said applications is condoned.
