Heard.

Learned Registrar (Judicial) has refused registration by the end of 27/08/2019 for removal of the office objections. The appellant undertakes to remove some of the objections which are yet remained to be removed. Though, the office has calculated the delay of 685 days, according to the appellant, the period excluded by the Hon'ble Supreme Court from 14/03/2020 onward, till filing of the application on 19/07/2021 cannot be considered. The argument is accepted. Sufficient explanation is given for not filing the application earlier to 14/03/2020. Hence the following order:

i) The delay caused in preferring restoration application is condoned.

Order 19 cao 8381-2021 in mca st 8380-2021 ii) The First Appeal Stamp No.6605/2019 is restored, subject to removal of remaining office objections within a period of 15 days.
