The applicants are the mother and sister-in-law of co-accused Navaid who is protected by this Court. 3.

The submission is that the applicants are similarly circumstanced and, as a fact, their role is far less serious/ grave than the co-accused who is protected.

There is nothing in the case diary to indicate that the role of the applicants is graver than the role of the coaccused who is granted anticipatory bail by this Court. 5.

The interim protection granted vide order dated 07-8-2020 is made absolute.
