After some arguments, counsel seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition to avail the alternative statutory remedy of filing an appeal against the impugned order dated 30th January, 2019.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed for the reason the petitioner has a right to challenge the impugned order by filing an appeal there against.
