MAY 9, 2024 The learned Counsel for the applicants/ claimants submits that the appeal has been disposed of in Lok Adalat and accordingly seeks direction against the Registry to permit the claimants to withdraw the balance amount of compensation deposited by the Insurance Company.

2] Since the appeal is disposed of, there appears no reason why should the prayer be not granted. 3] The application is accordingly allowed. The amount of compensation, along with accrued interest thereon, shall be strictly disbursed in terms of the award passed by the Tribunal.
