Learned counsel for respondent submits that vide impugned order, Family Court, Nagpur has directed the petitioner - original respondent to give access to minor son to the petitioner for a period from 01.06.2023 to 15.06.2023. This period is now over and, therefore, according to him nothing survives in the petition. 3.

To my mind, that may be the reason why none is appearing for the petitioner.
