He submits that even though it is stated in the Pursis dated 26.08.2021 that due to technical problem, the petitioner wishes to withdraw the petition. The technical problem is actually about filing of incomplete petition and on this ground, leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh one has been sought. 3.

Leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action is granted. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
