By this Application, Appellants seek condonation of delay in depositing the amount and permitting the Appellants to deposit the decreetal amount in pursuance to the order dated 6th July 2018 passed by this Court as well as prays for restoration of the stay granted by this Court by the said order. 2.

Mr. Kasat, the learned Counsel for Appellants submits that since there was a delay in depositing the amount as per the directions of this Court Yadav VG 1/2

908.mca.501.19 vide order dated 6th July 2018, Appeal came to be dismissed. As such, the learned Counsel for Appellants seeks permission to deposit the amount in this Court. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application and in the interest of justice, delay in depositing the amount is hereby condoned.

The Appellants are permitted to deposit the amount pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 6th July 2018.

The stay granted by this Court on 6th July 2018 is hereby restored on depositing the decreetal amount in this Court.
