In the meanwhile, there shall be adinterim stay to the effect, execution and operation of impugned judgment dated 06/12/2021 passed by learned MACT, Darwha in MACP No. 44/2012, subject to deposit of total decreetal amount within a period of eight weeks."

Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that entire amount has been deposited. In view thereof, ad-interim stay granted is made absolute. The application is disposed of in above terms.
