The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition in view of the liberty granted and the observations made by the learned Revisional Court in paragraph-12 of the impugned order. 2.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty as recorded by the learned Revisional Court that the petitioners are at liberty to raise ground available under the law before the Civil Court in a proceeding filed by the petitioners.
