By this application, the respondent No.6 is seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court.

This Court, vide order 24/01/2022, has permitted the respondent No.6 to withdraw the amount, which reads thus:- "8.

Hence, Respondent No.6 (father of the deceased) is permitted to withdraw Rs. 75,000/- from the amount deposited by the Appellant/Insurance Company with proportionate interest accrued thereon. From the amount payable to the Respondent No.7, an amount of Rs. 20,000/- be paid to the Respondent 6 and the balance amount of Rs. 55,000/- be invested in the name of the minor daughter of the deceased initially for a period of six rkn

In view thereof, there is no impediment in allowing the application and grant permission to withdraw the amount of Rs. 75,000/- plus Rs. 20,000/- along with accrued interest.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.
