We find that similar grievance raised by the Assistant Teachers in the matter of the Transfer Policy dated 07.04.2021 has been decided by the judgment dated 11.04.2023 in Writ Petition No. 1560 of 2023 alongwith connected writ petitions [Liladhar Shamrao Pimpalshende & Others Versus The State of Maharashtra & Another]. Hence for the reasons contained in the aforesaid judgment, the parties shall act in accordance with paragraphs 18 to 20 of the said judgment.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has made a representation on 27.04.2023 in that regard. It is submitted that the hearing has been scheduled by the Committee on 05.05.2023. 4.

In view of aforesaid, the Committee shall decide the petitioner's representation dated 27.04.2023 by considering the same on 05.05.2023 alongwith other documents.
