Employer - State Government questions order dated 10/12/2003 in Original Application No.74/2002 passed by Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal permitting respondent to cross efficiency bar w.e.f. 1/1/1992. Employer was also directed to release increments accordingly in pay scale of Rs.2000-3200 with arrears and then to fix it in 5th Wage Revision. 2.
This Court has on 13/9/2004 admitted matter for final hearing but refused to grant any interim relief. 3.
In 2002 respondent was 54 years old. Today, he is about 70 years of his age. Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal has found that for certain adverse remarks not communicated to him he was withheld at efficiency bar.

We do not see anything wrong with the approach of Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. There is no jurisdictional
