DATE : 08/12/2021 In all these three writ petitions, an affidavit has been filed on record by the petitioner, stating that the entire outstanding, as per the agreed terms of settlement, has been deposited with the Bank and the Bank has also issued No Due Certificate, considering which, nothing survives in these writ petitions.

Accepting the statement, the writ petitions stand dismissed. No costs.
