Shri Shiralkar states that the respondent 1 has withdrawn only 50% of the amount deposited and that too without interests.

Shri Thakre, the learned counsel for the appellant has no objection if the respondent 1 is permitted to withdraw the remaining amount and the interests accrued.

This application is allowed.

The respondent 1 is permitted to withdraw the interest on the amount already withdrawn and the remaining 50% amount which is lying in deposit with interest which may have accrued thereon.
