This Public Interest Litigation has been initiated by the residents of Wathoda, Nagpur located within Neharunagar Zone No.5, Nagpur City. The grievance of the Petitioners was that the road from Bidgaon T-point to Giddoba Mandir, Ring Road KOLHE

2 / 2 921-PIL 17.2020 Wathoda Ghat to Chandmari Temple Road and Sangharsh Nagar Square to Bhandewadi Dumping Yard was not in good condition and causing harassment to the citizens in their daily commute. Taking note of this concern, this Court had issued various directions from time to time.

The learned counsel for the Respondent No.3 - Municipal Corporation informs that the road repair work has commenced, which is also confirmed by the learned counsel for the Petitioners.

Since the object of the Public Interest Litigation has been worked out, it is not necessary to keep the petition pending on the file of this Court. Accordingly, the same is disposed of.
