By these applications it is prayed that the delay in seeking setting aside abatement be condoned, abatement be set aside and legal representatives of sole respondent be permitted to be brought on record. The application is opposed by the legal representatives of sole respondent.
Considering reasons assigned in the applications the same are allowed. The delay is condoned and after setting aside abatement the appellant is permitted to bring on record the legal representatives of sole respondent. Applications are disposed of. Amendment be carried out within one week.
