DATE : 26/07/2018 The charge-sheet was filed on 24/12/2016. The present criminal application is filed on 23/4/2018. We do not therefore find any justification to entertain this criminal application as the applicant has remedy of filing an application for discharge. We, therefore, leave all questions to be adjudicated in such application.
With these observations, we dismiss the criminal application.
