CIVIL APPLICATION NO.1555 OF 2022 By this application, the appellants are seeking stay to the effect, operation and implementation of the judgment and decree passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in L.A.C No.258/2018. 2.
On depositing the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest including the
45.fa.610.22.odt statutory benefits within 10 weeks, the implementation, operation and execution of the judgment and decree passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal be stayed till further orders. On failure to deposit the amount, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
