DATE : 15/11/2021 Since the present petition arises out of an interim order dated 13.03.2018 passed by the learned Industrial Court in Revision (ULP) No.2/2018, which is still pending before the learned Industrial Court, the learned counsel for the parties, submits that the matter can be remitted back to the Industrial Court for deciding revision application itself.

The request is accepted.

The impugned order dated 13.03.2018 is hereby quashed and set aside and the learned Industrial Court, is directed to decide the Revision (ULP) No.2/2018 on merits, within a period of two months from the date on which the order of this Court is placed before the learned Industrial Court.

The petition is accordingly disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
