The applicant is staying at Yavatmal and the divorce petition is filed by the non-applicant at Akola. 4.

The non-applicant has no objection to transfer the petition to the Family Court at Yavatmal. Hence, the application is allowed.

Petition No.A 102/2023 pending before the Family Court at Akola is hereby transferred to the Family Court at Yavatmal.
