"The order dated 5.4.2019 reads thus:
Shri D.V. Dhondarkar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that alongwith the Director of the Company the learned counsel would remain present in the office of Shri S.M. Puranik, Advocate on 13.4.2019 at 2 p.m.
Put up on 25.4.2019.
Shri S.M. Puranik, the learned counsel states that neither Shri D.V. Dhondarkar nor the Director of the Company Shri Arunkumar Shrivastawa attended his office.
In view of the said statement, issue bailable warrant for the sum of Rs. 1 lac to secure the presence of Shri Arunkumar Shrivastawa on the next date of hearing.
Stand over to 9.10.2019."
2] This matter pertains to compromise between creditors of M/s Shree Maheshwar Resorts And Hotels Pvt. Ltd. and the company - M/s Shree Maheshwar Resorts And Hotels Pvt. Ltd.
3] None appear for the parties. It appears that the parties have entered into settlement, as could be seen
1-CAL-76-2005 from joint pursis dated 21/8/2015. The parties appear to have, therefore, lost interest in the proceedings. 4] The proceedings are accordingly closed.
