This Court was not inclined to entertain the application.

Shri Kukday, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. However, he would submit that since the accused is in jail since October, 2017 the trial may be expedited.

The submission is reasonable, the learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial expeditiously. If there is no significant development in the next nine months, the applicant shall be at liberty to move for bail.
