Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

The Petitioner was working as an Assistant Teacher. Her husband required medical treatment and the Petitioner submitted bill of Rs.5,90,902/- (Rupees Five Lakh Ninety Thousand Nine Hundred and Two only), which has not been granted.

The Petitioner does not have original medical certificates. In the Petition there is no reference whatsoever under which Rule/Policy/Government Resolution the entitlement of the KOLHE

2 / 2 38-WP 3411.2019 Petitioner for reimbursement of medical expenses of the relatives arises. It is also not stated whether the said Rule/Policy/ Government Resolution deals with the contingency when original certificates are not available. Petition is entirely misdirected. 4.

It is not possible to proceed further on a petition which does not plead the basic frame-work. We dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the Petitioner to file a petition annexing and pleading the effect of the relevant statutory frame-work/ Government Resolutions.
