Having heard both sides and having gone through the material placed before me, the purpose will be served if the Family Court is directed to decide the application filed by the petitioner-original respondent seeking directions to bring the daughter in the Court and allow the petitioner's father to meet her.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's father is suffering from forth stage of Blood Cancer and his last wish is to meet her grand-daughter.

That being so, the Family Court shall consider the request and pass appropriate order on 2nd May, 2025. The respondent may also consider the prayer on humanitarian ground and if possible, shall bring daughterMojal in the Court on 2nd May, 2025 to facilitate the grand-father to meet his grand-daughter. This consideration is, of course, subject to all other attending circumstances.

In any case, there appears no reason why should such application be not disposed of at the earliest. The Family Court shall accordingly decide the application on 2nd May, 2025. The parties shall cooperate before the Family Court. The petitioner is permitted to modify his prayer in the application as regards date of meeting as suitable to both parties.
