01/07/ The application is filed by respondents for correction in the name of respondent No.4. The matter is settled before the Lok Adalat on 12/03/2022 however, inadvertently, the name of 'Vrushabh' is wrongly mentioned as 'Rushabh'. The applicant placed on record Aadhar Card of respondent No.4.

Permission is granted to carry out correction firstly in the claim petition and then in the appeal being inadvertent mistake apparently on the face of record.

Necessary amendment to be carried out within one week.
