This is an application filed by applicant-respondent no.1 for withdrawal of amount deposited by the appellant. Heard. Perused the application and the judgment and order passed by the Tribunal.

It is submitted by the learned advocate for the appellant that already amount of Rs.1,00,000/- has been withdrawn by respondent no.1. However, now due to the marriage in the family, the remaining amount is required to be withdrawn. Considering the facts and circumstances, the following order is passed :

Applicant-respondent no.1-claimant is allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- on giving usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Civil Application stands disposed of.
