Shri Bhattad, learned counsel for the appellant - revenue and Shri Dewani, learned counsel for the respondent - assessee point out that Income Tax Appeal No. 75 of 2013 arising out of the very same order of ITAT but pertaining to the Assessment Year 2005-06 has already been rejected by this Court on 20.04.2015.

We find that the order of ITAT dated 01.02.2013 is common for the Assessment Years 2005-06 and 2006-07. In this situation, for the reasons recorded in the order dated 20.04.2015, present Income Tax Appeal is also rejected. No costs.
