By this applications, the applicant has sought to bring on record legal representatives of the deceased Appellant after condoning the delay of 72 days in filing the application and setting aside the abatement.

Having considered the reasons stated in the application, which in my considered view constitute sufficient cause to condone the delay, the delay is condoned. Abatement is set aside. Legal representatives be brought on record. Cause title be amended within two weeks.
