A limited relief sought in this petition is about issuance of directions to the respondent no.1 to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible, which can always be considered by this Court. 3.

We find, in the peculiar facts and circumstance of this case, that the directions sought in this petition deserve to be granted. Accordingly, respondent no.1 is directed to dispose of the appeal No.2770/2019, if not disposed of so far, within three months from the date of receipt of this order.

Rule accordingly. No order as to costs.
