After hearing the learned Advocate for the petitioner for some time, we expressed that prayer clauses [a], [b] and [c] of the petition cannot be considered while exercising jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. When we expressed this, learned Advocate for the petitioner insisted for considering his grievance made for grant of relief as per prayer clause [d].

Learned A.P.P. raised an objection that the

Order 2604wp375.19 petition in the present form should not be entertained. On this, the learned Advocate for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file proper petition in respect of his grievance, as reflected in prayer clause [d] of the present petition. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed as withdrawn, with liberty as sought for.
