The petitioners seek to amend the writ petition by placing on record additional documents. Prayer Clause 5-A is also sought to be brought on record by way of amendment.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and in the light of the order dated 29.08.2018 that was issued while issuing notice to the respondents, the amendment is granted. However instead of Prayer Clause 5-A being permitted to be brought on record in its entirety, the words 'and arrears of salary in the pay scale as applicable to the post of Resort Manager which is Class-II post.' are permitted to be added in Prayer Clause 5 of the writ petition. The amendment be carried out within a period of one week. The civil application is disposed of.
