These applications are for condonation of delay of 294 days in filing an application for restoration of the first appeal and for restoration of the first appeal. The first appeal was dismissed on 24.4.2017. 2.
Learned counsel Shri C.A. Joshi appears for non-applicant No.1. Whereas, learned AGP Shri S.D. Sirpurkar appears for non-applicant No.2. Both learned counsel for the respective non-applicants state that they have no objection for condoning the delay. Hence, both these applications are allowed. Delay of 294 days is condoned. The first appeal is restored to its original file.
