Ms Deshpande, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Respondents No.1 and 2, on instructions submits, that a Regional Monitoring Committee has been constituted, in terms of paragraph 16 of the judgment in Writ Petition (PIL) No.3132 of 2004, of which, the Joint Charity Commissioner is a Chairman. In view thereof, the Joint Charity Commissioner shall consider the grievance of the Petitioner raised herein. The petition shall constitute representation to the Committee, which it shall deal with in accordance with law. For that end, the Petitioner shall appear before the Joint Charity Commissioner on 23.12.2022, at 11:00 a.m. and place copy of petition before the learned Joint Charity Commissioner.

Learned AGP shall communicate this order to learned Joint Charity Commissioner. The petition is partly allowed and disposed of, in aforesaid terms.
