In this case, Criminal Bail Application No.1399 of 2022 is pending before the trial Court. However, on rejection of prayer for grant of interim bail, the present application came to be filed. This Court vide order dated 15.06.2022 granted interim protection to the applicant.

In view of the fact that the main application is pending before the trial Court for grant of bail, accordingly, I pass the following order:

a) The criminal application is disposed of.

c) Till then, the interim protection granted by this Court will continue.

The criminal application is disposed of accordingly.
