By the order impugned, Respondent No.1 has repudiated the insurance claim of the Petitioner. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made certain submissions on merits of the matter. However, it appears that representation/complaint filed by the Petitioner against the order of Respondent No.1, is pending before the Insurance Ombudsman.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances, the following order is passed.

ORDER

Insurance Ombudsman shall endeavour to decide the representation/complaint filed by the present Petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Pending application/s, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
