Heard.

It is not in dispute that the Judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.4996 of 2012 and connected Writ Petitions has been set aside by the Hon'ble Apex Court in its Judgment in the case of University Grants Commission and another .vs. Neha Anil Bobde (Gadekar) reported at (2013) 10 SCC 519.

This Court had adjourned the matter even thereafter because of the request made by the parties pointing out that review of that Judgment has been sought before the Hon'ble Apex Court.

Today, it is not in dispute that the review petition is also dismissed.

Learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties, however, state that a curative petition has now been filed and it is pending.

161wp326.14 As the Judgment of this Court is already set aside by the Hon'ble Apex Court and the review is also dismissed, we are not inclined to adjourn the matter further. Accordingly, in the light of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court (cited supra), the present Writ Petition is disposed of.

Needless to mention that, in case the curative of petition is granted by the Hon'ble Apex Court, the petitioners can renew their request before this Court.
